A few words …

Firstly a big “thank you” for entering Letchworth Garden City Eagles YFC Summer Tournament as without you it would not be possible!  We hope you and your team (and not forgetting your spectators!) enjoy the day and get to see the beautiful game being played in good spirit!

Onto a more important note, Letchworth Eagles YFC is a zero tolerance club when it comes to bad behaviour and those not conforming to the FA’s Respect Policy. We do ask that all spectators remain outside of the roped off area, this is purely for coaches and players (max 2 coaches per team inside the roped area). Coaches, can you please ensure you coach outside of the playing area at ALL times so to allow the players to use the full width of the pitch.  It is your responsibility to ensure your supporters conduct themselves in the right way, failure to do so can lead to your team being excluded from the remainder of the Tournament.

We do allow smoking within the grounds but not within close proximity of the pitches and please be respectful of other visitors. Alcohol is NOT permitted anywhere in the grounds, those found with alcohol will be asked to leave the premises. Dogs are allowed, but must remain on a lead at all times and any fouling must be disposed of in the correct manner.

Throughout the day we hope you’ve enough to entertain you with a variety of stalls and games. There will be hot and cold drinks, a BBQ and other goodies will be available to ensure you don’t go without!

It is advisable that you bring your own gazebo or tent to cater for our much loved inconsistent weather changes!  Also please feel free to bring along any Club/Team banners or flags so to create a festival atmosphere!

We hope you have a great day at Letchworth Garden City Eagles YFC!
